Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our services, pricing, and process. Don't see your question? Just call us.

General Questions

Yes. Every job starts with a free, no-obligation estimate. Call us or fill out our quote form and we'll get back to you quickly with a clear price — no surprises, no pressure.

Most jobs are scheduled within a few days of your estimate. For urgent situations like storm cleanup or rental turnovers, call us directly and we'll do our best to fit you in sooner.

We're based in Stillwater, Oklahoma and serve all of Payne County including Perkins, Cushing, Guthrie, and surrounding communities. We occasionally take jobs outside our standard area depending on project size — just give us a call.

Yes. We carry the necessary insurance to protect you and your property on every job. Don't hesitate to ask for documentation — we're happy to provide it.

We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is typically due upon job completion unless otherwise arranged. We never ask for full payment upfront.

Demolition Questions

Yes, always. Debris removal and hauling is included in every demolition job. We don't leave a mess behind — the site will be broom-clean when we're done.

Interior demolition (bathrooms, kitchens, flooring) generally doesn't require a permit. Exterior structures like detached sheds or outbuildings may depending on your city or county. We'll walk you through what's needed for your specific project.

Most interior demo jobs (bathroom, kitchen, flooring) take a half-day to a full day. Shed tear-downs and exterior jobs typically take one day. Larger projects may take two days. We'll give you a clear timeline with your estimate.

Absolutely. We can tear out just one element — flooring, a single wall, cabinets only — without touching the rest of the space. You define the scope, we execute it cleanly.

Hauling Questions

We can't take hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, or anything requiring special disposal permits. For everything else — furniture, appliances, debris, yard waste — we're your crew.

Pricing is based on volume (how much truck space your stuff takes up) and the type of material. We give you a clear price before we start — no vague estimates, no per-item surprises after the fact.

Not at all. Just point at what needs to go — we do 100% of the lifting and loading. That's what you're paying for. You don't need to touch a thing.

When possible, yes. Furniture and items in good condition may be donated. Scrap metal is recycled. We try to minimize landfill waste whenever it's a reasonable option.

Pricing Questions

Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the job, type of material or work involved, and access to the site. We don't use hidden formulas — we look at your job and give you a straight price. Fair and transparent every time.

Never. Estimates are always free with no obligation to book. We'd rather you feel confident about the price before committing to anything.

Only if the scope of the job changes significantly from what was agreed upon. We'll always communicate any changes and get your approval before proceeding with additional work. No surprise bills.
